Anzac Day Facts
1. Poppies were growing on the war field.
2. Anzac day is to celebrate the soldiers in the war.
3. The Australian and New Zealand fought in the war.
4. In 1916, the 25th April was officially named Anzac Day.
5. The poppy is worn on Anzac Day as a reminder of the soldiers lost in battle.
